We are stylin' in our gear to go outside the fence....Madylanne in her sunglasses, me in my skirt, and Mom in a citengi. Now we are ready to face the Lozi world! :) Mom got to meet some of the neighbor ladies for the first time on this visit outside into Sesheke.

Nana's on the way!
Hello all...would just like to ask all of you to pray for Melynda's Mom as she makes her way from Kansas to Zambia to come visit us...she leaves Monday March 14th and will arrive Friday March 18th. It's a long week of travel for her. Please pray she travels safely, that her connections occur the way they are supposed to, and that we have a lovely visit together!!! She is our first family to come visit us, our first time to see family in a year and a half!!!
thanks for your prayers, let's all remember to pray for the people of Japan too in this time of crisis, that their eyes will turn to Jesus...
we love you!!!

A Lozi Welcome
Here are some of Matthew's first Lozi visitors here at our house: Teresa, who is our language helper, is on top, and on bottom is Sepo, our dear sister in the Lord. Sepo is showing me how to wear a citange and put Matthew in it. She makes it look easy but I am not so good at it yet. When he is big enough I will definitely put him on my back though!!!
Living Water
We use this water filter, called a Katadyn, to filter all our water since the water we use comes out of the river. It was a gift from the Women's Missionary Union. Without this filter we would have to boil all our water before drinking it. We thank God for this gift, and the WMU! And, as our brother in love Greg says, what a perfect example of how Jesus is the living water. When we drink from HIS well we will overflow!!!
Jumping for Joy
Here is Madylanne having so much fun jumping on her new trampoline...with Rita, our helper's daughter. She loves for US to jump on it with her too! The sideways shot (sorry I didn't edit that) is of Madylanne in her fairy get up, and at the bottom she is looking cute with her pig her daddy bought her in Joburg, whom she has named "Alex the Fierce." What a riot!
