ouch

Well they're smiling but it was a tough job...Mark and I had to give each other, the kids, the puppy, and our worker Bo Luka rabies shots.....   Hazel caught a bat in her mouth and we all came into contact with her afterward...so we all got shots just to be on the safe side. That's a lot of shots folks!! 2 rounds for all of us (thankfully we got pre-exposure shots at our training back in April!), 4 for Hazel and 4 for Bo Luka. Hazel is quarantined until after her last shot. We are thankful rabies vaccinations are available in Mongu, about an hour away from us. Mark drove to the pharmacy to buy them and brought them home on ice for all of us. I'm really proud of the kids for making it through this ordeal!! God put so many things in place to make sure we were all taken care of. We're all excited for Hazel's last day of quarantine, September 18th.
